Meet Tariq Brooks.
Originally from a town near Navasota TX, called Blackberry, he now resides in Huntsville. Here is a little Q & A featuring Faust Distributing’s employee of the month:
Q: How long have you worked at Faust?
A: I’ve worked at Faust Distributing-Trinity since 07/18/2016.
Q. What made you want to start working at Faust?
A: A friend told me many good things about Faust, and said that they were always in need of more good people, and that I should apply. I was hired as a Driver then later promoted to my current position, account management.
Q: What's your busiest task or time of year?
A: Keeping beer fresh is my busiest task, especially in the winter when beer Sales are slower.
Q: What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of in your tenure at Faust?
A: While being here at Faust being promoted to account manager and having a display built by and being voted as #1 in its category are two accomplishments that I am most proud of.
Q: What do you like the most about the beer industry?
A: Working as part of a team is what I like most about the beer industry. I can sell beer all day long but the invoices still have to be printed, loads has to be built, and delivered, product has to be properly merchandised, signs has to be made, equipment has to be fixed etc.... when everyone does their part in assuring the product gets to the customer we succeed together as a team.
